Meet The Team

CEO & President, Ricky Martin is well versed in the music industry. Starting his career as an intern at Def Jam Records at the ripe age of 17, he is nothing if not knowledgeable about the inner-workings of events, concerts, the music industry, and how to build a brand. A household DJ in Philadelphia and an aspiring artist himself, Martin guides the entire collective by understanding, listening, and then following through with action.

Our Creative Director, Camille Velasquez has a passion for the arts and is behind all the graphics for the company. She is also in charge of marketing and brings fresh ideas to help further the company and connect with the general public.

Executive Director, Justin Harrison is also one of our artists and helps run the company by giving his input and scouting for talent in the city. He also runs his own record label and is a master sound engineer!

CFO, Liam Kelly helps support the company by spreading the word and helping with all financial and business needs! He also helps with his inputs on new ideas and more.
